How to track my order?

  • You can track your order from the delivery partner's portal
  • Note: While we want to help you at every step of the way, in the slightest chance of a delay from the postal company’s end, Hideous will not be held responsible. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and we will arrange for alternate delivery.

Can I return a product?
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request for a return. 

When are you eligible to return a product?
Items will be considered for return only if product along with its original packaging is intact and the product has not been used or damaged.

How can I initiate a return request? 
To start a return request you can contact us at hello@hideous.in with a photograph of the product with price tag intact. If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate the pick-up of the product in its original packaging from the registered address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

What is the refund policy? 
If your return request has been approved, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. 

A courier charge of Rs 750 will be applicable against the same which will be deducted before processing the refund.

What happens if the product you receive is damaged?
We take extra care to package our products securely. However, in case you receive a product that’s been damaged during transportation, please send us picture within 24 hours (no exceptions to extend this period) of receiving the item. A return & refund will be initiated thereafter.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
There are no refunds or exchanges on ‘SALE’ items or custom-made products or products on which the customer has redeemed a free gift.
